Teak and black pepper grown together on our Satpura Natural Farm in the Narmadapuram belt. A single agroforest with two crops at two timescales. Tissue-culture teak trees form the structural canopy — long-horizon timber that takes fifteen years to reach harvest maturity. Black pepper vines climb each teak trunk, producing annual harvests from year three onward. One piece of land does two kinds of work simultaneously, and both crops are native to how this corridor of Madhya Pradesh has always farmed. The model is a 50:50 revenue partnership. We manage the farm — planting, pest protocols, documented thinning, harvest clearances. You hold a structural share in the output. Monthly photos, quarterly written updates, and an annual farm visit keep you close to what the land is doing. We don't publish investment numbers on the internet. Minimum parcel size, projected returns, yield assumptions, land appreciation, and exit terms are shared in person at the farm briefing, in writing in the partnership agreement, and in your investor dashboard after commitment. The reason is simple: specific projections belong in a conversation between people who have met, walked the land, and signed an agreement — not in a URL that can be forwarded anywhere. Visit the farm. Ask every question. We share everything, in the order that makes sense for a fifteen-year relationship.
